- 1 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
- 1 lb. boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut into thin 2-in. strips
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped, (1 cup)
- 1 1/4 lbs. cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup Knorr® Granulated Zero Salt Beef Bouillon
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
Directions
Print1. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook beef, stirring occasionally, until browned, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove with slotted spoon to plate and set aside.
2. Heat remaining oil in same skillet over medium-high heat and cook onions, stirring occasionally 1 minute. Add mushrooms and cook 2 min or until softened, stirring occasionally. Stir in Knorr® Zero Salt Bouillon Beef and cook, stirring constantly, until mushrooms appear caramelized, about 1 minute.
3. Stir in water and simmer, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and reserved beef. Serve over egg noodles or a wild rice blend.
