Warm Cabbage & Apple Saute
Ingredients List
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 large red apple, chopped (with skin)
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 8 cups shredded cabbage (about half of 1 large head cabbage)
- 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup apple juice
Directions
Print1. Melt margarine in deep large skillet over medium heat and cook apple and celery 3 minutes or until apple begins to soften. Add cabbage and Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix blended with water and apple juice. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
