  1. 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  2. 2 Knorr® Bouillon Cubes Chicken, crumbled
  3. 4 poblano chilies, roasted, peeled, seeded and deveined
  4. 3 plum tomatoes, roasted
  5. 1 white onion, roasted
  6. 3 cloves garlic, roasted
  7. 4 jalapeno peppers, roasted, peeled; seeded if desired
  8. 1/8 tsp. ground cumin
  9. 1/4 tsp. crushed dried Mexican oregano leaves

1. Combine olive oil and Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon Cube in small microwave-safe cup and microwave at HIGH 20 seconds or until very hot.

2. Combine with remaining ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
