- 1 box (16 oz.) rigatoni pasta
- 1 package Knorr® Parma Rosa Sauce Mix
- 1 1/4 cups 1% milk
- 1 tbsp. margarine or butter
Directions
Print1. Cook rigatoni according to package directions.
2. Whisk together Knorr® Parma Rosa sauce mix and milk in small saucepan. Add margarine or butter and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 4 minutes.
3. Toss with hot cooked rigatoni. Serve, if desired, topped with wilted baby spinach and shaved Parmesan cheese.
