Ingredients List
  1. 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  2. 2 medium green and/or red bell peppers, sliced
  3. 1 medium onion, sliced
  4. 1 package Knorr® Stroganoff Pasta Side
  5. 1 lb. thinly sliced roast beef or leftover steak
  6. 4 ounces provolone cheese or American cheese

1. HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet and cook green peppers and onion, stirring occasionally, until golden, about 6 minutes. Remove pepper mixture from skillet and set aside.

2. PREPARE Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Stroganoff in same skillet covered, according to package directions. Top with roast beef, then cheese. Arrange pepper mixture around edge of skillet. Cover and simmer until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.

3. SERVE in skillet; now it's delicious. Dig in!
