Onion-baked Pork Chops

  2. 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
  3. 4 pork chops, 1-inch thick, (about 3 lbs.)
  4. 1 egg, well beaten

1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°. Combine Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix with bread crumbs. Dip chops in egg, then bread crumb mixture, coating well. On baking sheet, arrange chops and drizzle, if desired, with melted margarine. Bake 20 minutes or until chops are done.
