  1. 4 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
  2. 6 ounces boneless pork loin
  3. 1 medium onion, chopped
  4. 1 tsp. chopped garlic
  5. 2 cups water
  6. 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides Beef
  7. 1 can (16 oz.) black-eyed peas
  8. 2 dashes hot pepper sauce

1. In medium saucepan, cook bacon with pork until well browned; remove. Reserve 1 tablespoon drippings. Add onion and garlic to reserved drippings and cook over medium heat 3 minutes or until tender. Add water and Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Beef flavor and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until rice is tender.
