  1. 1 envelope Lipton® Soup Secrets® Noodle Soup Mix with Real Chicken Broth
  2. 3 cups water
  3. 1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes or 1 can (8 oz.) whole peeled tomatoes, undrained and chopped
  4. 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  5. 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves (optional)
  6. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  7. 1 cup zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced
  8. 1/3 cup shredded vegan mozzarella-style shreds

1. Combine all ingredients except cheese in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. To serve, spoon into bowls; sprinkle with mozzarella and, if desired, grated Parmesan cheese.
