Ingredients List
  1. 2 cups boiling water
  2. 8 Lipton® Green Tea Bags
  3. 2 cups water
  4. 1 1/4 cups sugar
  5. 1/4 cup dark corn syrup
  6. 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  7. 4 mint sprigs

1. In teapot, pour boiling water over Lipton® Green Tea Bags. Cover and brew 5 minutes. Remove Tea Bags and squeeze.

2. In medium saucepan, bring 2 cups water and sugar to a boil and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat.

3. Stir in tea, corn syrup and lemon juice.

4. Pour into metal bowl; cover and refrigerate until well chilled, about 1 hour.

5. Process in ice cream machine according to manufacturer's directions.

6. Scoop into bowls, garnish with mint and serve.
