  1. 1 pint strawberries, stems removed
  2. 1/2 pint raspberries
  3. 3 Tbsp. sugar
  4. 1 tsp. lemon juice
  5. 1/3 cup granola cereal
  6. 1/2 container (1.5 qt.) Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
  7. 1/2 cup thawed frozen whipped topping or sweetened whipped cream

Directions

Print

1. Process strawberries, raspberries, sugar and lemon juice in food processor or blender until smooth. Evenly spoon in 1 cup berry sauce, then 4 tablespoons granola into 4 tall glasses. Evenly top with Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream then whipped topping. Drizzle each with 1 tablespoon berry sauce, then sprinkle with remaining granola. Serve with remaining berry sauce.
