- 3 cups water
- 1 package Knorr® Vegetable Recipe Mix
- 1/4 cup raisins or golden raisins or currants
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 box (10 oz.) couscous
- Slivered almonds (optional)
Directions
Print1. Bring water, Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix, raisins or currants, curry powder and olive oil to a boil in a medium saucepan, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 2 minutes.
2. Stir in couscous then remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes.
3. Fluff couscous with fork before serving. Garnish with slivered almonds and chopped fresh parsley. Your taste buds will thank you for this!
