
Chili Lime Chicken & Rice
Cook up Knorr’s delicious Chili Lime Chicken & Rice made with a few simple ingredients. A recipe that’s quick and easy to make but flavorful to eat!
Ingredients List
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lbs.)
- 3/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 package Knorr® Mexican Rice Side, prepared according to the instructions on the packaging
- Your favorite taco toppings (shredded cheddar cheese, chopped tomato, chopped onion and lettuce
Directions
Print1. SPRINKLE chicken with chili powder. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, turning once, until thoroughly cooked, about 6 minutes. Stir in lime juice.
2. SPOON Rice onto serving platter, then top with chicken and any chicken drippings.
3. TOP with your favorite taco toppings; now it's delicious. Dig in!
