Ingredients List
  1. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lbs.)
  2. 3/4 tsp. chili powder
  3. 1 Tbsp. oil
  4. 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  5. 1 package Knorr® Mexican Rice Side, prepared according to the instructions on the packaging
  6. Your favorite taco toppings (shredded cheddar cheese, chopped tomato, chopped onion and lettuce

1. SPRINKLE chicken with chili powder. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, turning once, until thoroughly cooked, about 6 minutes. Stir in lime juice.

2. SPOON Rice onto serving platter, then top with chicken and any chicken drippings.

3. TOP with your favorite taco toppings; now it's delicious. Dig in!
