Ingredients List
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 package Knorr® Cheddar Broccoli Rice Side
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can (8.75 oz.) cream-style corn, undrained
- 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- Crumbled queso fresco cheese
Directions
Print1. Bring all ingredients except cilantro and queso fresco to a boil in a large saucepot, stirring occasionally.
2. Reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
3. Serve garnished with cilantro and queso fresco.
