- 1 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cayenne pepper sauce *
- 1/2 finely shredded Monterey Jack cheese or crumbled blue cheese cup
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, about 8 oz. each, halved
- 5 tsp. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 8 potato rolls or hamburger buns
Directions
Print1. PREHEAT oven to 425°.
2. COMBINE Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise with pepper sauce and cheese in medium bowl.
3. ARRANGE chicken in shallow baking pan. Evenly top with half of mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
4. BAKE 25 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Spread toasted buns with remaining mayonnaise mixture. Serve chicken on buns.
