- 1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger or 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed
- 1 package Knorr® Classic Brown Gravy Mix
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine or white wine vinegar
Directions
Print1. Brown steak in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, in two batches. Stir in ginger and cook 30 seconds. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until steak is done and sauce is thickened, about 3 minutes. Serve, if desired, with hot cooked rice.
