
French Toast & Berries

Ingredients
- 1 Magnum double salted caramel pint
- 2 slices Brioche loaf
- 1 oz raspberries
- 1 oz blueberries
- 2 eggs
- 3 1/2 oz milk
- Sugar
- Maple syrup
- Frying oil or butter
Directions
- Whisk eggs and milk together in a bowl together with 2 spoons of sugar
- Heat a frying pan at medium heat and add some oil
- Soak the brioche slices in the egg mixture and add them to the pan
- Pan fry quickly, and when it starts to color flip the breads around
- Remove from pan and place them on a plate
- Take a Magnum Double Salted Caramel Pint
- Add a generous scoop of Magnum on top
- Decorate with the berries and a drizzle maple syrup and serve
