  1. 1 package Knorr® Cheddar Broccoli Rice Side
  2. 2 cups water
  3. 1 tbsp. margarine
  4. 1/2 lb. ground beef
  5. 2 large red and / or green bell peppers, sliced lengthwise and seeded

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli with water and margarine according to package directions.

2. Meanwhile, brown ground beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat; drain. Stir into hot rice. Generously fill each pepper with rice mixture.

3. Arrange stuffed peppers in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake covered 20 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking 10 minutes or until peppers are tender. Sprinkle, if desired, with shredded cheddar cheese.
